Delivery Policy

Product delivery timing will be ensured over Call or SMS.
Delivery Charge: General products: Inside Dhaka – 60 Taka, Outside Dhaka – 120 Taka.
Delivery charge outside Dhaka should be confirmed by paying Tk 120 in advance.
The approximate delivery time is within 2 days in Dhaka City AND 2-7 days outside Dhaka City (It will depend on your delivery address and courier).
Delivery charge may vary depending on product weight, quantity or delivery location.
Charges will be shown at the check out page.
Some products and some delivery location may require advance payment to order.
Your booking does not always guarantee product delivery. Product delivery is entirely subjected to the availability of stock
Color of the products may slightly vary due to photography, lighting sources or your monitor setting/PC resolution
Product delivery may be interrupted or delayed due to natural disaster or in case of political unrest
In case of delivery outside Dhaka, customers may have to collect certain products from the nearby courier service office
As King shop bd rely on third-party logistics partners and vendors for product delivery issue.
